Flash , a dc comic character , is the fastest man alive . The speeds he can reach upto is nearly the speed of light . Quicksilver a marvel comic character is also a speedster but can reach upto much lesser speeds only . Who would win ?

Flash wins as he has advantage of speed force which quick silver doesnt have it... But if flash doesnt use speed force then the match depend on their ability to fight against each other...
